24-Hour Cancellation Policy
At Christian Health Collective, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to respect the time and schedules of our practitioners, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation or Rescheduling:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within this time frame can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Late Cancellations:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply, which will be equivalent to [percentage or flat rate] of the session cost.
Missed Appointments:
To cancel an appointment:
- Go to your calendar and find the appointment.
- Click on the appointment to open the details.
- Look for the Cancel link and click on it.
- Confirm the cancellation by following the steps in the new window.
